Cognitive Set Theory: A Summary

This is a brief synopsis of Cognitive Set Theory.  It covers primarily the epistemological aspect of Cognitive Set Theory, the distinction between percepts and concepts, and relates that distinction to several major trends in Psychology, Philosophy, and Mathematics.
